Retail orders:

For any retail orders shipping to the following countries, delivery will be fulfilled by Amazon if local inventory is sufficient. Estimated delivery time is 2-5 working days. Deliery to the following countries will be carried by China Post or other proper carrier if local inventory is not available. Estimated delivery time will be 15-30 days.

Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, China, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany Greece, Hong Kong SAR China, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Singapore, Slovakia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States.

Any retail orders shipping to countries which doesn’t listed above, delivery will be fulfilled by China Post. Estimated delivery time is 14-50 days.

Bulk orders:

Any bulk orders with mixed products over 21 kg will be delivered by DHL, TNT or FedEx. Estimated delivery time is 4-7 working days to worldwide. Shipping carrier will be chosen based on the actual weight and destination countries. Trade term: DDP (Custom duties and import taxes are included)

Please note:

  • All delivery timescales are subject to availability

  • Your order may arrive on or before the date shown at checkout

  • Your order may leave our warehouse in more than one parcel and arrive at different times

  • We do not ship to standard PO boxes. We require a physical address to process your order. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

  • A signature will be required for all delivery services

  • Working days refers to any day Monday to Friday and excludes Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays
