Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days.
Delivery Methods and Estimated Times
Amazon Fulfillment: For orders shipped to the United States and European countries, delivery will be fulfilled by Amazon. The estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days.
Non-Amazon Shipments: For orders not fulfilled by Amazon, delivery will be carried out by China Post or other suitable carriers. The estimated delivery time varies between 14-50 days, depending on the destination.
Countries Covered by Amazon Fulfillment
Amazon fulfillment is available for orders shipping to the United States and European countries.
Bulk Orders
Bulk orders with mixed products exceeding 21 kg will be delivered by DHL, or FedEx. The estimated delivery time is 5-8 working days worldwide. The shipping carrier will be chosen based on the actual weight and destination countries.
Import Duties and Taxes
For retail orders, import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. We strive to minimize the risk of customs duties, but customers are responsible for any additional fees incurred during customs clearance.
