    As long as your product is unopened and unused and in the original package with all original tags, you can return your item within 14 days for a full refund based on your original payment method or replacement. To return your goods to the Seibertron® Online Team, please send the products you are returning to the address on the right.

    *Customers returning items will be required to pay for the return freight.

    If you’d like to exchange your new, unused and unworn item for a different product or different size, please return the item within 30 days of delivery. We will issue you a full refund and you can then place a new order.

    *Customers requesting an exchange will be required to pay both the return freight and the freight for the new shipment.

  • Our warranties

    Seibertron believes that its customers deserve the best quality gear and the best possible value. Therefore, Seibertron warrants each product sold by Seibertron or its authorized dealer to be fully refundable for any defects in materials or workmanship up to one month from the date purchased.
