Delivery methods
Your fulfillment route depends on destination, stock, and order type.
Amazon fulfillment
Orders shipped to the United States and European countries may be fulfilled by Amazon with an estimated delivery time of 3-7 business days.
Non-Amazon shipments
Orders not fulfilled by Amazon are delivered by China Post or another suitable carrier. Transit can range from two weeks to longer by country.
Bulk orders
Mixed-product bulk orders exceeding 21 kg can be delivered by DHL or FedEx. The carrier is selected by actual weight and destination country.
No surprise import charges
For destinations where Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping is available, applicable import duties and import taxes are prepaid by Seibertron and included in the price shown for your market. You should not be asked to pay additional import charges on delivery. Final eligibility and pricing are confirmed at checkout based on your delivery address.

Retail orders are routed by the most practical fulfillment method for the destination. Larger mixed-product orders may use express carriers so teams, shops, and repeat dealers can receive inventory more predictably.

Will I have to pay duties or import taxes on delivery?
For orders eligible for Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping, Seibertron prepays applicable import duties and import taxes through our logistics partner. The final payable amount is shown at checkout based on your delivery destination, and no additional import duty or import tax payment is expected when the order arrives. Any destination, product, or order-value restrictions will be disclosed before payment.
Can one order arrive in multiple parcels?
Yes. Your order may leave the warehouse in more than one parcel and arrive at different times depending on availability and fulfillment route.
What counts as a working day?
Working days are Monday through Friday and exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
