30 days Eligible items may be returned within 30 days when they are new, unworn, unwashed, and include original tags and packaging.
Contact first Please request authorization before shipping anything back. We will provide the right return address for your location.
1-2 days After your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 1-2 business days.

How to return your order

Keep the process simple by sending your order details before you ship. Include your order number, proof of purchase, product photos, and the reason for return.

Request authorization

Email our support team before returning the product. We will confirm whether the item is eligible and where it should be sent.

Pack the product

Return the item in original packaging with tags attached. Add a copy of your receipt or order confirmation inside the package.

Ship with tracking

Use a trackable shipping method and keep the receipt until the return has been received and resolved.

Inspection and refund

Once inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. For exchanges, return the original item and place a new order.

Eligible returns

Products should be new, unworn, unwashed, clean, and returned with original tags, packaging, and proof of purchase.

Exchange path

For a different size or product, return the original item first. After approval, place a new order for the replacement gear.

Warranty review

For defects in materials or workmanship, contact us with photos and proof of purchase. We will review repair or replacement options.

Warranty exclusions

Coverage excludes purchases outside Seibertron or authorized dealers, misuse, abuse, tampering, customer modification, or caustic exposure.
