Return the item in original packaging with tags attached. Add a copy of your receipt or order confirmation inside the package.
Use a trackable shipping method and keep the receipt until the return has been received and resolved.
Once inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. For exchanges, return the original item and place a new order.
Products should be new, unworn, unwashed, clean, and returned with original tags, packaging, and proof of purchase.
For a different size or product, return the original item first. After approval, place a new order for the replacement gear.
For defects in materials or workmanship, contact us with photos and proof of purchase. We will review repair or replacement options.
Coverage excludes purchases outside Seibertron or authorized dealers, misuse, abuse, tampering, customer modification, or caustic exposure.
