Delivery methods
Your fulfillment route depends on destination, stock, and order type.
Amazon fulfillment
Orders shipped to the United States and European countries may be fulfilled by Amazon with an estimated delivery time of 3-7 business days.
Non-Amazon shipments
Orders not fulfilled by Amazon are delivered by China Post or another suitable carrier. Transit can range from two weeks to longer by country.
Bulk orders
Mixed-product bulk orders exceeding 21 kg can be delivered by DHL or FedEx. The carrier is selected by actual weight and destination country.
Tax note
US customers enjoy Duty and GST included pricing on every product. Amazon fulfillment orders do not require additional tax payments.

Retail orders are routed by the most practical fulfillment method for the destination. Larger mixed-product orders may use express carriers so teams, shops, and repeat dealers can receive inventory more predictably.

Are import duties and taxes included?
For retail orders, import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in item prices or shipping charges unless stated. Customers are responsible for additional customs-clearance fees outside Amazon delivery.
Can one order arrive in multiple parcels?
Yes. Your order may leave the warehouse in more than one parcel and arrive at different times depending on availability and fulfillment route.
What counts as a working day?
Working days are Monday through Friday and exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
