The belt arrived and looks exactly like the pic. It also fits EXACTLY like the description. I have recently dropped a few pounds,and went from a 42 to a 40" waist. I ordered the 30-40" size and it is very snug at 40", so be careful if you are at that transition point. I cannot tell you how the next size up would fit at 40" waist line, but im still loosing weight, so i am happy with it. The belt is STURDY. Very well put together. My son advised me that all the firemen at the station had recently purchased the same belt and they were very pleased also. I don't do search and rescue, but occasionally I will go climbing or hiking and this will be my go-to belt for those activities. It looks good, but it is obviously industrial in nature, so i wouldn't use it as a casual-wear belt. I gove it 5 stars because it is EXACTLY what the description said it would be. I am buying 2 more for my sons.

I really wish they would introduce a size between. Im a 40 waist & the 30-40 is just big enough. The 40-50 is way too big. They need to make a 35-50 & a 40-45.
