While there are many great products in the electric motorcycle gear space, it is often just as important to look for the best customer service as the final piece of the puzzle in terms of qualities when going through the decision making process, and with respect to that, I want to share my experience with Seibertron customer service:
When I had a problem with the set of gloves I bought, relating to size, (these gloves are cut slightly small for the medium I purchased), and the folks at Seibertron were very helpful, going above and beyond my expectations to solve the issue. I have tried a number of winter gloves. Multiple Non heated brands , I thought of getting the top brand of heated gloves that run about $250-300. But thought Id give this a try. Ive been using this for a little while now in wintry conditions, and these gloves are fantastic. They are windproof and warm enough even without the heat, and when they when I put the heat on they are toasty what I also like about is the fact that the battery is under downside of the glove so it doesnt get in the way of the watch. I wear on my wrist. Also the wrap at the bottom of the glove is wide enough that it slips over the coat very easily. I would highly recommend these gloves to motorcycle riders who ride in cold conditions.

I've worn them numerous times during our Midwest Winter, and often they provide adequate warmth without turning them on. If the heat is needed, they provide comfortable but not excessive heat even to the fingertips. They are a bit on the pricey side, but they do well enough I am ok with the cost. Overall an excellent pair of heated gloves.

Opted to just buy heated gloves instead of putting heated grips on my three bikes. Gloves are comfortable and warm enough for me to ride my bikes in freezing temperatures. Make a ton of a difference and I dont even use them at full strength to conserve battery life.
